OneFrika Terms of Service

Mission

The Target is to raise 10 Million African Billionaires in 5 Years using OneFrika as a platform to build their own Network. Our Mission is to empower every African with an honest, easy platform that turns connections into wealth and independence. We're making Africa a small place where everyone can connect with each other and gain access to financial stability easily.

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneFrika platform, including the website (onefrika.com), associated services, and any future mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). OneFrika is developed by OneFrika/AmattaGroup and in a Strategic partnership with Crelivio Incorporations, a community-driven ecosystem aimed at making financial stability in Africa Easily accessible to anyone through real products, services, and a growing Ecosystem starting with Our first business launch which is Telecom GoldMine(VTU franchising via affiliate with TopUpAndGetReward or "TGR"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time, with changes effective 30 days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

For Our first Phase, we are leveraging a third-party licensed VTU service. Topupandgetreward is a network marketing platform where users can own a personal Licensed VTU portal for personal telecom use and passive income benefits. OneFrika is just leveraging from the system to raise a community, revenue, and funding for our proposed duplication social-commerce app and other products and services that will be tied to OneFrika to build a connected economy. Everyone Joining OneFrika is a contributor and a builder to the Ecosystem and can access Financial Stability in the space of 6 months but it's not a get rich Quick scheme. Daily earnings are not guaranteed and depends on Community growth, product/service use, user signups and market conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By joining, you represent that you meet these requirements and are not barred from using similar services under applicable laws.

Services Description

At our first phase Launch, OneFrika provides a network marketing platform where users can:

  • Access Life Changing Opportunities that supports building an Ecosystem of a Connected Economy.
  • Build downlines via referral chains for community growth and passive income: through our WIN/WIN Duplication Model by sharing referrals and building leads for you as the Community grows. Generating passive income for everyone who signup to any of our opportunities offered.
  • Earn commissions from direct use, sales from your Network Chain, referrals, and downline activities (e.g., tiered percentages on transactions via affliates).
  • Participate in developer opportunities, including contributions to our upcoming app for automatic duplication of daily app signups to already exisitng users and building an ecosystem of apps that provides products and services tied to OneFrika to build a connected economy.
  • Our Database is secure for basic tracking and data management to facilitate early operations; this will transition to an automated app for efficiency and scalability.
  • Services in real estate, solar energy, and agriculture are coming soon and will be subject to these Terms upon launch.
  • Daily earnings are not guaranteed and depends on Community growth, product/service use, user signups and market conditions.
  • Passive income is guaranteed as earnings increase overtime. Possibly Weekly earnings and most definitely Monthly earnings.

User Accounts and Obligations

To Access the OneFrika Community Via WhatsApp and Telegram, with access to all present benefits and future benefits when app is fully ready, you must register your details with accurate information. These informations will be used at our initial app launch when the database and our proposed duplication system for earnings will be done accordingly to data we have now. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and all activities under your account. You agree not to:

  • Engage in spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities like reaching out to people in the community to try stealing from there under false pretence.
  • Misrepresent earnings or promote OneFrika as a "get-rich-quick" scheme. We believe everyone Joining OneFrika can access Financial Stability in the space of 6 months but it's not a get rich Quick scheme.
  • Violate laws, including MLM regulations or data protection rules.
  • Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes outside our model. We reserve the right to monitor activity and suspend accounts for violations.

Payments and Earnings

Note: Every Affliate promoted by OneFrika is 100% Legitimate and is already benefitting a lot of people

Joining our Community is free, but access to passive from our business opportunities or affliates is not Free. With optional paid tiers for enhanced benefits (as outlined in offers), earnings from affliate transactions, products/services and referrals are processed and accessed via the affliates systems. At OneFrika, we're leveraging these platforms at this first phase is to understand how we'll create a connected economy through our proposed duplication social-commerce app, growing the community at initial stage, making financial contributions for everyone, creating steady passive income streams accessible easily to you, support for your personal projects, and projects that concerns OneFrika as a whole. No refunds on paid features unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logos, tools, blueprints, Model or Idea) is owned by OneFrika/co. You grant us a license to use your contributions (e.g., developer code) for Platform improvement. Do not reproduce or distribute without permission.

Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses from use, including lost earnings, or third-party services. Liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We disclaim guarantees on DAILY EARNINGS even though it's very possible for early Pioneers, and people onboard for the first 6 months of full first phase operation. As Community grows and products sale effectively, these circumstances affects earnings whether daily, weekly or monthly or the amount earned.

Termination

Growing with us or access to Grants and other benefits could be stopped if due to Violations and removed immediately from Community. Earnings won't be forfieted as you're already connected with OneFrika to grow your network with our affliate.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nigeria under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. No class actions. You waive jury trials.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law, without regard to conflict principles.

Miscellaneous

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable. No waiver of rights. Contact: [onefrika@gmail.com]. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
